For the 2023 Celebrate Juneteenth at Rise Up Weekend on June 15 - June 19 in Lubbock, TX. Rise Up Weekend will have our annual Juneteenth pageant, a parade, senior breakfast, health fair, live music in the park featuring Don Diego Band again this year, + firework show, and much more!
