Make a Payment

  1. Payment methods include checks, cashier checks, money orders, and cash. However, cash can only be accepted on the day of the mandatory meeting.

  2. IF YOU PAY ONLINE, PLEASE PRINT YOUR RECEIPT. YOUR CHECK, CASHIER CHECK, QR CODE OR MONEY ORDER MUST BE PAYABLE TO:  Rise Up Committee/DBA East Lubbock Community Alliance.

  3. Applications, Payments, and agreements can be mailed to: Po Box 65142 Lubbock, TX 79464

*Returned Check Policy: All returned checks will be charged a $30 fee; along with the Fee, this amount will be due within 1 week of the notification in the form of returned Cashier’s Check or Money Order
