2026 Juneteenth Food / Sales Vendor Application Form

The 2026 Juneteenth Celebration will be held on Saturday, June 20th in Mackenzie Park. The deadline for all applications and fees is Friday, May 29, 2026. The Rise Up 2026 Committee reserves the right to place vendors in any available location. The Rise Up 2026 Committee considers the type of items sold, and other factors when making vendor placement decisions. This application does not guarantee a booth space in this year’s event, due to limited spacing.


Each food/sales vendor is required to attend a MANDATORY Vendor Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 2004 Oak Ave, Lubbock, TX 79403. During the meeting all pertinent information regarding set-up times, operation requirements, etc. will be discussed. Once you have been assigned a location on the map, you may NOT move to another location!

Prices for Standard space (10ft x 20ft)

  • ONE DAY FEE $150

  • TWO DAY FEE $225


Additional Prices For The Width of Space:

  • 12ft x 20 ft (standard day fee +$75)

  • 15ft x 20 ft (standard day fee +$100)


*All vehicles will be required to unhitch their food trailer; smoker or barbecue pit if it extends over the width of your space.


If any vendor is over their purchased space, an additional fee of $25.00 for every foot will be required.
