IMPORTANT INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

Indemnity Agreement: Please print this out alongside filling out the online form.

To ensure we have a great celebration, full of fun, family, and safety, please make sure to print out our Indemnity Agreement and get it signed by you and a notary. We will have a notary onsite during our first meeting so you can bring it then if you aren't sure where to go. If applying for multiple registrations: Vendor, Parade, etc you will have to fill out multiple Indemnity Agreements. This ensures that we can continue to celebrate for years to come. Below we provide a download so you can fill it out. Thank you for your cooperation as we move towards an updated system this year.

2026 Juneteenth Parade Registration Packet

The 2026 Juneteenth Parade will be held on Saturday, June 20th beginning at 10:00 a.m. The preferred deadline for all applications and fees is Friday May 29, 2026. The final deadline is June 9th at 6:00 p.m. A late fee of $20 will be accessed to all entries received after the preferred deadline. No registrations will be accepted on the day of the parade. The Juneteenth Committee reserves the right to deny entrance to any applicant that does not meet the specified requirements.

A representative of all parade entries must attend the MANDATORY meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 9, 2026, at 2004 Oak Ave, Lubbock, TX 79403. During the meeting, all pertinent information regarding the parade route, line-up times, etc. will be discussed.

Entry Fee $30 per entry

All entries require fee this year, including schools, churches, non-profit organizations, etc.

Groups with multiple entries must complete a separate form for each entry e.g., football team, cheerleaders, band, etc.
